Losing Oneself – Voices from the Deep Sea, Tsinghua University Art Museum, Beijing, China

Tsinghua Art Museum, Beijing

Another Perception: Forms of Time, Whisper of the Other, Digital Traces

This exhibition continues the museum’s mission of research and collection in contemporary art. It marks the fourth installment in the museum’s contemporary art series since its launch in 2021—previous exhibitions include The State of Existence (2021), Seeing and Being Seen (2024), and The Pact with Nature (2025).

Another Nature (2026) continues the series’ ongoing focus on contemporary art, shifting attention from human conditions, mechanisms of seeing, and the human–nature contract toward the perceptions and expressions of the non-human world, introducing new lines of inquiry to the series.

Another Nature invites audiences to temporarily set aside human scales of perception and sense how stones remember, how fungi communicate, and how algorithms dream. The exhibition focuses on how we perceive life, matter, and processes that are non-human or beyond human scale.
